Terms and Conditions for Online Teamwear Service Offer

 

  1. Introduction

    • These Terms and Conditions govern the £500 store credit offer (the "Offer") provided by Kit Room (N.I.) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") in relation to our online teamwear service (the "Service"). By signing up for the Service, the participating club ("you", "your", "Club") agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Eligibility

    • The Offer is available to any club that signs up for our online teamwear Service for a minimum contract term of 3 years.

  3. Offer Details

    • Eligible Clubs will receive £500 of store credit to be used on our website or in store.
    • The store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  4. Minimum Spend Requirement

    • The Club must spend a minimum of £3000 on our products before the £500 credit can be utilized.
    • The £3000 threshold must be reached through the purchase of products at their regular retail price.

  5. Credit Utilisation

    • The store credit can only be used to purchase items at the regular retail price.
    • The credit is not applicable for items on sale, promotional offers, or special discount items created specifically for the Club.
    • Any unused portion of the credit will expire at the end of the contract term.

  6. Contract Term

    • The contract for the Service will be for a fixed term of 3 years.
    • Early termination of the Service by the Club may result in the forfeit of the £500 credit and may incur additional termination fees as detailed in the main service contract.

  7. General Conditions

    • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time without notice.
    • The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
    • The Club's participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modifications thereof.

  8. Liability

    • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Club's participation in the Offer or from the Club's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  9. Governing Law

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
