To make sure your finished product looks exactly as you intend, please follow these guidelines when submitting artwork. They help us achieve the best possible print and embroidery results.
1. File types
We accept:
- Vector files — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF (preferred for logos and graphics)
- Raster files — JPEG, PNG or TIFF (best for photographs); please supply the highest quality available
2. Resolution
For sharp results, artwork should be 300 DPI at the final print size.
3. Colour mode
Please supply artwork in CMYK where possible, so screen colours match the print as closely as possible. RGB is accepted but may shift slightly.
4. Size
- Submit artwork at the size you want it reproduced.
- Keep key elements such as text and logos clear of the edges so nothing is lost.
5. Text and fonts
- Convert text to outlines to avoid font substitution, or include the original font files.
- Make sure text is legible against the background.
6. Image quality
Use high-quality images only — avoid low-resolution images taken from the internet.
7. Proofs
We send a digital proof for your approval before production. Please still check your artwork for spelling, resolution and sizing first, as catching errors early speeds things up.
