Refund policy

Policy update (effective 24/07/25): We no longer process exchanges. If you need a different item/size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund in line with our existing returns policy. This change is intended to speed up the process and reduce confusion.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account - Login
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Submit request".

Shipping for Returns

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for returns of faulty or damaged items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, and we will not refund the postage.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, part of the order is missing, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised products can not be exchanged or returned unless the goods are faulty. All Club Shop and Club Badged items are deemed as customised products. You can return swimwear and underwear, so long as any hygiene seals are still intact. In the interest of hygiene, socks are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. For the fastest resolution, please place a new order for the item you want and return the original item to us following the standard returns process. Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method (shipping fees remain non-refundable, as per our existing policy).

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that shipping is excluded. It can take up to 5 business days to process the refund and a further 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your bank account.

We reserve the right to reject returned goods if the above procedures are not followed.
