Kit Room is a teamwear, workwear and schoolwear supplier based in Northern Ireland, serving clubs, businesses and schools across the UK and Ireland. Everything we sell is customised — club crests, company logos, school badges, player names, numbers and sponsors — and it's printed and embroidered in our own workshop, not sent away.
We've done this since 2018, and we've customised more than 90,000 garments for over 21,000 customers.
What we do
We work across three areas, all powered by the same in-house print and embroidery workshop:
- Teamwear — match kit, training wear, base layers, goalkeeping and leisurewear for football, GAA and other clubs and teams. We also run permanent online club shops, so members order and pay directly and there's no stock for the club to hold or money to chase.
- Workwear — branded polos, hi-vis, softshells, hoodies and uniform for businesses of any size, from a handful of staff to a full workforce.
- Schools — PE and sports kit, leavers' hoodies and badged schoolwear, set up as a dedicated online shop for the school or year group.
There's no minimum order — we're happy supplying a single embroidered polo or kitting out a full squad — and there's no setup fee.
How it works
You tell us what you need or send your logo; we send a digital proof to sign off on colours and placement; then we make it in our workshop and ship it. Most customised orders ship within 15–20 working days from artwork approval. Stock items bought from the shop dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Club and school shops
We set up and run branded online shops for clubs and schools. We agree the design once, build the shop, and members or pupils order their own size and pay directly — no forms, no collecting cash. Orders are made and dispatched on our normal turnaround, and a club or school can also place a single bulk order if they'd prefer everything sent together.
Made in our own workshop
Every crest, name, number and logo is printed and embroidered in-house at our workshop in Downpatrick, County Down — not outsourced. That's how we keep quality consistent and turnaround quick.
