Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kit Room. Please read the following terms and conditions that comprise our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

We endeavour to process all standard orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed slightly. If your order is affected by a significant delay, we will notify you via email or telephone.

For customised Teamwear orders, please note the additional processing time required for customisation. These orders typically take up to 20 working days, but at peak periods, this may extend to a maximum of 30 working days.

For special-order items (such as medals and certain bespoke products), please allow 7-10 working days for us to receive the stock from our supplier before dispatch. These products are not typically held in stock due to their specialist nature. If your order includes such items, we will contact you to advise of the expected lead time.

If an item is out of stock with our supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options to either continue with the order or cancel for a refund.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, including supplier lead times for special-order items.


Express Delivery

Please note that we do not currently offer an Express Delivery service. All delivery options available at checkout are standard services, and estimated timeframes are provided above.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Kit Room ships to physical addresses within the UK and Ireland. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages & Lost Shipments

Kit Room is responsible for ensuring that your order arrives in good condition. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

To assist with claims, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items.


Reshipment Due to Customer's Fault

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability after multiple attempts by the courier, the customer will need to cover any additional reshipment costs.

Reshipment Due to Company's Fault

  • Incorrect Address on Label: If an error on our part leads to a failed delivery, we will cover the reshipment costs.
  • Faulty Packaging: If our packaging causes damage or any delivery issue, we will bear the full cost of reshipment.

Reshipment Due to Third-Party's Fault

  • Courier Error: If the courier loses or misdelivers a package, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
  • External Factors: If non-delivery results from unforeseen events such as natural disasters or strikes, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.
