Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single embroidered polo or kit out a whole workforce — there’s no minimum and no setup fee.
What logo files do you need?
A vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf) is ideal, but send whatever you have — we can usually redraw a logo for embroidery or print.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. We Pantone-match thread and print colours, and you approve a proof before anything goes ahead.
Can I reorder or add new staff later?
Yes — we keep your logo and setup on file, so repeat orders and one-off additions are quick with no new setup charge.
How long does it take?
Most branded workwear ships within 15–20 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity.
