How it works

Designed, decorated and made in our own workshop.

Every badge, name and logo is embroidered or printed in-house in Northern Ireland — not farmed out. Here’s how a job goes from your idea to your door.

The process

From idea to delivered

1

Tell us what you need

Pick a product or send us your brief — garments, rough numbers and your logo or crest.

2

Artwork & proof

Send your artwork — we’ll redraw it if needed — and we send a digital proof to sign off.

3

Made in our workshop

Once approved, your order is embroidered or printed in-house by our own team.

4

Delivered

Checked, packed and shipped to you — most orders within 15–20 working days.

Two ways to decorate

Embroidery or print

Embroidery

A stitched, premium finish that lasts — often outliving the garment itself.

  • Best for club badges, crests, company logos and names
  • Works on fleeces, softshells, caps and bags where print can’t
  • Hard-wearing — stands up to daily wear and washing

Print & vinyl

Crisp, vibrant designs with fine detail and full colour.

  • Best for player names, numbers, initials and sponsor logos
  • Ideal for tees, training tops and larger designs
  • Bright, clean colour at any quantity

Not sure which you need? Tell us the garment and design and we’ll recommend the right one.

Send your artwork

A vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf) is ideal — but send whatever you have and we’ll redraw it for embroidery or print.

Approve a proof

You get a digital proof to sign off colours, size and placement before anything is made.

Colour-matched

We Pantone-match thread and print so your logo is true to your brand every time.

Before you ask

Common questions

What file do you need for my logo?

A vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf) is best, but send the best version you have — we can usually redraw a logo for embroidery or print.

Embroidery or print — which should I choose?

We’ll recommend based on the garment and design. As a rule, embroidery suits badges, crests and durability; print suits names, numbers, sponsors and detailed colour.

Will I see it before it’s made?

Yes — we always send a digital proof to approve before we start production.

How long does it take?

Most customised orders ship within 15–20 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity.

What can you decorate?

Almost anything — teamwear, workwear, schoolwear, hoodies, jackets, caps and bags. If you’re not sure, just ask.
